they threw away the non trash

I needed that packaging/pouch in order to get my refund for a package since it had the order# and everything... but they threw it away.
We usually do not throw those away since I reuse those pouches as a plant pot.
We have a bit of trash here, but they threw away what was useful instead. 
Just bad luck i guess. Another learning experience.

You should have informed them. We also have problems like that before but now I always inform my husband if I need the pouches to be used for my deliveries

I am sorry to hear that. Is there any other way to get a refund. There should be an email confirmation for your purchase.
By the way, I learned something from you - I did not realize that we can recycle that black plastic pouch from Lazada or the other stores.
