Yesterday I pulled a whole bunch of weeds/trimmed things down the side of the house to get ready for the guys who are going to come and put in new windows. I don't know when, but they don't need to try to do their work amidst blackberry and nasturtium vines and all the other stuff that's over there. I took the picture of the wisteria in my back yard over the fence on that side. Today I am tired and sore--even though more needs to be done--I am wondering if I should take the "day off" as far as physical stuff or wait until tomorrow to continue. Anyone out there who knows about that kind of thing--what they do if they're sore and tired after "working out" or whatever? Right now, I need to go and get breakfast and coffee. Whatever I do, I'd like to get more than "Good Morning" and "Good night" on here, today. Have a super day/evening/etc. in your part of myLot land, and I will "see" you all later !

I try to work out daily. I haven't been doing it long, only for about a month or so. I am up to 25 minutes per day, plus 30 minutes of yard work(I have a big yard) plus walks and walking the dog. I was out of shape for a very long time. I already feel so much better. Maybe just do some stretches if you are feeling worn out, and skip the yard work for a day.

Thank you. I'm pretty out of shape myself--I just didn't want to do something I wasn't supposed to.

I'm sore and tired too, I think maybe a short nap will help but I doubt that's going to happen.
