The Phrase that Cannot Go Away in My Mind

This morning, the neighbors were singing a song and keep on shouting the phrase, 'I believe in God.' There is nothing wrong with this phrase because I do believe in Him. But I do not believe with these neighbors of mine. As they said, 'Practice what you preach.' I am sorry to say that they are false prophets of God. The reason is they are not sensitive to others' welfare.
How do you use the words of God?
How do you feel when seeing a false prophet?

Sad to say but you are right. Some people are just using those phrase just to show others that they are religious but they are not practicing it. Whenever I see those types I just keep quiet , because I am not in the position to judge them. I commit mistakes too but I am not forcing myself to show others that I am religious.

I am not going to drop the name of this religion of theirs. All I know, they are always claiming that they are the chosen ones. At the back of my mind, I have a big doubt about it. They are just cheating themselves to be so religious without practicing the words of God.

@iKONICNoona I hope they will not do anything that will make us feel disrespected. For me, they had violated the rule of doing social gatherings without any protective gear.

It is possible to worship God in the silence our hearts. But there are other religions who praise and worship God with loud voices and instruments forgetting to consider the feelings of their neighbors.

It just happens unintentionally. Because most of the times I really don't like to talk about religion.

@cherigucchi I am not into politics, too. I had seen some videos on YouTube and a woman keeps on bashing other people. Too much to bear dealing with her personal opinions.

@Shavkat That is to play safe as well. Even politics, I do not like discussing it nor involve myself into it.

Abraham Lincoln said, “You can fool all of the people some of the time; you can fool some of the people all of the time, but you can't fool all the people all the time.”
But some think they can fool God! Big mistake.
I don't like to fool my conscience which I believe is connected to my creator.
