My version of chicken katsu

So I try making my own chicken katsu or chicken cutlet (panko, breaded, flatten, apparently it has many name...)
I flatten the chicken using a small wooden mallet. Mom thought I was being angry at something by the sound of pounding that I made
What a stress relieving activity! I should make this more often. Then I coated the flatten meat with store bought coating mix that I usually use to make battered chicken before dipped it into egg and then bread crumbs.
It burnt a bit haha. No sauce for this one. Anyone needed sauce, I told them to use the chili sauce.

Yup, we love chicken katsu also. We improvise a little and air fry instead of deep fry. Still as yum as katsu should be.

@prinzcy That's pretty much the recipe. I dip mine with mayo though my daughters like the Japanese sauce.
