I am amazed how some people think that Pit Bulls or a mixed version of them are mean monsters who do not have a heart of compassion toward strangers.
30 year old Amy Edmondson who lives in Southend on Sea United Kingdom is very grateful that her mixed Pit Bull pet named Star played the role of her savior when Amy was taking a walk with her dog when two males came to ask her for directions.
While Amy did do her part to give directions to the two males, one of them jumped on Amy's back and as soon as she fell to the ground while the criminal placed a knife on her throat demanding money.
Amy was scared that the criminal intended to kill her on the spot. Amy then let Star go from her grip as Star started to bite leg of the criminal who fled the scene as well as his partner with a bite mark on his leg.
Amy mentioned that not all Pit Bulls are monsters since Star is a sweet dog that acted the way she did toward the criminal she her owner was being attacked.
I do not know if the criminals have been taken into custody or are they are still on the run from the law since the incident happened last week.

You are right since even though all of my dogs are deceased, they were my best friends.

Good job, for Star. I bet they won't bother Amy again. Thanks for sharing.

That is true. It is how they are brought up by the owner.
