How do you respond to criticisms?
There are negative and positive criticisms and sometimes the interpretation lies on how one perceives it. It is really important that you know how to deal with these kinds of criticism because it might hurt you or hurt other people as well.
I don't usually pay attention to negative criticism especially when I can sense that it means to harm me. I am looking at the credibility of the source and most of the time I do not respond right away.
How about you?

I really don`t mind it. If I got hurt by it. I just let it go and understand it.

That is right. So it is important to evaluate the criticism first before we react.

I do not pay attention to it. I get it every day. I am immune to it.

I don´t pay much attention unless they are insistent. Then I tell the person to be quiet.
