Tea and Fluoride?

I told my dentist once, that I don’t like fluoride as I had read many negative thoughts about it - sometimes it has been added to drinking warer. He asked if I drink Tea, and told that Tea has fluoride - so I think it is better drink it in naturally

It is a natural ingredience in the Tea leaves.. Better do more research

I didn't know that tea had fluoride in it. They were adding fluoride to our drinking water. Maybe they still do it.

That was a long time ago.. I was happy that it is more natural and not synthetic. I found a tooth paste with more natural ingrediences in a health store..
