A wonderful story about a good neighbor who saved a life of a stricken man

This story is amazing since Elena Hall who is the next neighbor of Ivory Saint Cyr who live in Algiers Louisiana had suffered a heart attack in his home. Elena reacted quickly to contact 911 operator Crystal Williams who instructed Elena to use her first aid skills to revive Ivory who was practically dead with no pulse when she started using CPR to revive Ivory until the medical personnel arrived to take Ivory to a local hospital where Ivory made a full recovery from his health challenge. Elena was thankful that Crystal told her to remain calm and guided her in assisting Elena to do her part to keep her next door neighbor Ivory Saint Cyr alive. Both the Cyr family and the Hall family have become close neighbors after the near tragic event that happened recently since Ivory came back from the dead which has been referred as a miracle by the medical community.
