April 23 - What I'm Thankful for Today

You might have noticed I haven't been here since early morning when I posted the Bible Study. It's been a busy day.
I'm thankful I spent time at the YWCA this morning. I had a good workout in the pool. Extra time again and it felt good. I also had a good workout in the fitness center. I backed it off five minutes on the elliptical and bike because it's laundry day. Stairs are a given on laundry day.
I'm thankful I have the laundry done. I spent time with my son today and went with him to deliver a couple of orders this morning. My grandson was not pleasant to be around. So, spending time with my son made it a very good morning. Now, all I need to do is fold the clothes and put them away.
I'm thankful for the work I accomplished on Vendetta just now. I got a thousand words. That was my goal with as much as I wasn't here today. This week so far, I've put in 10K+ words on Vendetta.
This morning in the hot tub my friend asked me a vital question. Do you know who did it? I looked at her as if she had grown two heads or came from an alien planet. The WHO got lost in the shuffle 300 pages ago. I've now rectified that small problem. So, when you read the book you won't wonder who did it when you finish it. I'm so thankful for good friends who keep me on my toes.
That's been my day. What are you thankful for today? I'll get to the notifications tomorrow. I want off the computer and just relax with a good show or movie or both. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.

You did put in a very full day, good for you. I have submitted 9 writings on my writing site, I love doing these research projects! Jay wanted to order a pizza for supper, this made me happy

Busy day for you...I guess I was moderately busy, finished my mystery shop this AM and sent it in, worked if you can call it that, online got my steps in and then off to the bigger town to hit the DT and pick up a few groceries..back for dinner..and just kind of chilling now.

I am thankful for God providing us with good things in life. Yet my prayers for the Thousands who are battling Covid in India in this latest surge - especially those who suffered due to others' carelessness or madness.
I pray to God to relieve us of this Pandemic soon as it is causing a big distress.
On a lighter note, I believe that your book would be perhaps 80 to 90% complete now.
Plus what cookies do you have with Tea or Coffee?

Things were getting very much fine by Mid February.
Yet we had a terrible resurgence since March. There are multiple factors for this although the biggest culprit are the people themselves among whom many had stopped being careful altogether.

My guess is that the cases might peak in the next 10 to 15 days and then stability would start coming by Mid June.

You're right, that's a busy day. Mine was mild compared. My husband wants to work on the yard some. So, if he manages that, it'll be one less thing on the to-do list done. With all the supposed time off, he'll have time to work on the yard some.
I'm thankful for the perfect in-between weather we've been having. Makes my life so much easier when I don't have to wonder if it's to hot or to cold to go out. So, I'm thankful for that.
