A no brainer

I recently signed up for walmart+ which I still say is a Kopy Kat to amazon prime . Nevertheless I signed up for an annual membership because of one reason. The membership cost is $98.00 for a year. Through a point program that I signed up through, they are giving me back $100.00 in credit where I can use it for a gift card through amazon or whatever one I choose. It is a no brainer because not only am I getting a year of free delivery with no minimum order and $2.00 over the cost of the membership. I will keep it for a year and If I like it after that, I will renew the membership.Another win is I get 5% cash back on my capitol one credit card as well.It just keeps getting better

Seems like a pretty good deal, and Walmart is smart to offer it. I probably won't use it as I prefer to go into the store. But I do have Prime.
I use a Discover card which pays mostly 1% back, but on certain things at certain times offers 5%. I'd like to get 5% all the time.

@Metsrock69 Not a bad deal at all, and so long as you pay it off each month and don't keep a balance, it literally pays.

I'm glad that you're wanting to try Walmart plus. And, yes it's a direct coppy of Amazon Prime and other subscription services like it. Walmart just wants to jump on the train. However, they don't offer anything of value that would have me paying a monthly, or anual subscription.

Of course if I didn't get the deal that I got, I would not have signed up for it

@Metsrock69 You also use Walmart delivery frequently. I don't. I still shop in-store.
