A 29 year old Michigan man who lost everything in a flood last year is happy as can be after he went to a grocery store in Midland to buy some groceries for his relatives when he saw an invitation to buy some Lucky 7 scratch off tickets that cost $20 dollars, he decided to buy one of them since he claims that the number 7 is his lucky number.
