Vaccine politics, Money is the Only religion

There is a international politics started around the Vaccine. First Let's understand the available Vaccine candidates
Sputnik V : Russia : 92.00%
Covishield : India + England : 90.00%
Novavax : USA : 89.30%
Moderna : USA : 88.70%
Pfizer : USA + Germany : 86.00%
Sinopharm : China : 86.00%
Covaxin : India : 81.00%
CoronaVac (Sinovac) : China : 67.00%
J&J : USA + Belgium : 66.30%
Now Inda was asking for raw materials of the vaccines to USA and USA denied saying America first.
I guess America forgot when India provided Hydroxychloroquine to USA. India could have said the same too.
USA wanted India to buy it's less effective Vaccines first, Then the raw materials will be provided.
I wonder, is USA really a super power or a creep and Greedy.
When India stood by it's Ideology "Basudhaiva Kutumbakam" (The whole world is a family), USA stood by it's old Greedy self-centred old nature.

Don't know what's going one with this international politics but can tell you one thing clearly persons are dying all over the world and only good support from all nations in this one it can help the world.

The Policy changed already. But, US has 550 mln surplus. India was not asking for the doses. India was asking for the raw materials so that they can manufacture their own.
