My Forsythias Are Still Holding On

My Forsythias bushes are almost into their 3rd week of blossoms and I am very surprised at this as we have had snow last week. We just had an alert on TV warning us of a possible really bad storm, that is scary to me. Now, I worry about everybody that I know. I hope that they cancel this alert ! How is your weather?

@marlina Me personally I don´t mind cold days like that because we are in for one very long blistering hot summer. So at the moment its a relief before it warms up way too much.

gloomy, very gloomy here, but other than that, just a few drizzles every now and then. (We could see the supermoon whenever the clouds parted a bit.)

We had a bit of an early spring and then it turned very cold, which I think has given my plants a bit of thrashing this year, but the lavender seems to be making a go of it. Trust the storm gave you a pass

Last week we experience typhoon but thankfully it's not devastating but it did affect other areas though. Today, it's hot but this night it's a little bit colder.

Sure hope your weather doesn't get very bad. We've had some beautiful spring days here in eastern North Carolina. Your Forsythias are beautiful. I love when they're just allowed to be their natural shape and not trimmed into a ball or square.

Hope the storm is not bad as they predict it to be. But better to be alerted. Keeping everyone in prayer. It would be lovely to see the bush into blossoms and I guess it would be soon.
