Did not make to the cut off

I'm not aware that the light and power company we're subscribed has made changes on their consumer's desk schedule. The last time I was there was they accommodate costumers up to 7 in the evening. Today, I was there at 1:30 of the afternoon but I was not able to transact as they made the cut-off time earlier and allowed only for 200 customers. This means that I need to go back at their office one more time tomorrow and will go there early bird.
