Heard from the body shop this morning

A random number called this morning and I decided to live on the edge and answer it. Turns out it was the body shop where my car was taken to. They hadn't heard from my insurance company so the car has just been sitting there for 2 weeks with nothing going on. I thought they were going to contact GEICO and they thought I was going to so it has just been sitting there.
I called the insurance company and an overly perky representative dealt with the information. It is all set up and they will send an adjustor out to the body shop to inspect the car and give the approval for the repairs. They offered me a rental car but I declined. I don't go anywhere and have a coworker to take me to and from work. I don't need to spend the extra money on a rental for no good reason.
So that is the big excitement for the day. God my life is so boring.

@NJChicaa Good that is good here is my poor nephews car..the stupid guy that ran into him totalled his car he only had for 3 days

Glad you found out what was going on. Thats as good as the cross communication I had for the U-joint on my truck
