When Did Science Become SCIENCE?

It is just so irritating. When it comes to science, the left is suddenly all over it. I am even seeing people now wearing shirts that are citing "Science is the truth. Get over it." Science, science, science. It's the latest catch word for liberals when it comes to Covid and climate change. Follow the science, they say, science doesn't lie. It is a word folks, and one thing the left is good at is making words fit their own narratives. The left is good at changing definitions to suit their needs and we all need to be very aware of that. Bill Clinton might have started it all when he said, "It depends on what is is." First it was global warming. Now it's climate change. Well, of course because there was absolutely no evidence whatsoever to support warming, so climate change just fit better to change it to changing weather patterns. Funny how science plays no role whatsoever to the left in determining what a human being is when it comes to abortion. And science plays no role whatsoever in determining that having a penis means you are NOT a woman. Sorry for another political post back to back, but I am just getting really tired of it. At some point the left needs to just call things what they are and stop making crap up! When has science become the love of the left when for so long science was absolutely DENIED by the left? When it comes to the left I always say, you cannot have it both ways. So stop trying to have it both ways and just have an honest discussion about something for once.

Wow, it sounds like you've really got a bee in your bonnet about the left and science! But let's not forget that science isn't a partisan issue - it's about discovering and understanding the world around us. And while it's true that scientific knowledge can evolve and change over time, that's actually a strength of science, not a weakness. It means that we're constantly learning and improving our understanding of the world, which can only lead to progress. So let's embrace science and keep asking questions, regardless of our political affiliations!

It is quite vomit producing all this. Once again a product of the machine and its tentacles. People are easily led and that is what it boils down to ..to me.
