Yet another COVID notification

The principal sends them out whenever there is a case of COVID-19 with a student or staff member. Of course he doesn't identify the individual but we all get a "general" notice and then those who were in close contact get another notification. Hasn't been an issue for me so far this year because I only just returned to in-person instruction yesterday. (and had to take today off haha) There have even been teachers who have had prolonged exposure to students who have tested positive who haven't been notified. So we got another notice today. We are back to 5 full days of in school instruction. Republican parents are pushing to get rid of the mask mandate. I think things are going to get worse before they get better.

You know how I feel about no masks. I think it's a stupid idea.

Things are always going to be worse before they get better. Full-time in-person instruction is a step in the right direction for your location.

I hope they don't get worse. I think masks don't help. It helps if the person wearing it is sneezing and coughing. COVID has made it hard to be careful
