Acne Breakout

May 4, 2021 8:47pm CST
I have a lot of acne on my face since junior high, and now I'm 23, I feel embarrassed with my face. How I can remove these acnes? My face is oily and sensitive to chemicals.

same here I have an oily face too, and due to sensitive skin I limit to wash my face 3 times a day only, morning, shower time, and before bed, and for my soap I use Silka papaya it has moisturizer and whitening at the same time., and for oily skin I only use powder Johnson.

Have you tried removing dairy from your diet? That could be the cause of your acne. There are plenty of dairy free, plant based alternatives on the market.

If I were you, I'd consult a cosmetician or a dermatologist. It will be money well spent. They'll advise you what to do. I wouldn't follow the advice of people who haven't examined your skin and talked to you about your life style. i.e. your diet.

Have you ever seen a commercial for ProActiv? It seems to be an acne treatment plan very popular with people. Your regular doctor might help too.

Don't wash your face with soap to avoid irritating them. Avoid eating too much fat and butter. So that your face stops being oily

Try to drink lots of water and avoid coffee (if you drink one). And you might need to check with the dermatologists if it's severe

Let it be. It will go out in time. One shouldn't be embarrassed by anything in them. Whatever there is there's for a reason. if you still wanna do something about it visit your dermatologist. He/She might be able to help.

I recently read that sometimes acne is caused by a fungal infection rather than the usual bacterial one. The article I read said that Nizoral shampoo or any other anti fungal product can be helpful to treat fungal acne.

based on my experience, I had had acne for 14 years not because of anything else but because i used this product that caused the acne breakout. i tried all kinds of soaps, cheap and expensive, i went to dermatologists, but nothing happened. I just gave up and used this soap, after 14 yrs, it stopped, It will disappear as you grow old, it is sometimes your hormonal activity and there is nothing you can do about it.

Learn to embrace it. You can always wash your face more. But, really I just accepted myself even when others didn't.
