Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 61 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. No open windows today. I just got back from work. It has been the Day From Hell but I won't bore you with the details. Lets just thank Darwin for union reps. I got back here as my ex was coming down the stairs. He left me an Apple cube so I don't have to worry about buying a new one. He didn't stay to talk because he had to get back to work at the house. Oh well. No big plans for the afternoon. I have an Instacart order coming. I need to do some laundry. Such excitement. Actually I need a boring afternoon after the morning I've had. Whats everyone else up to this afternoon?

My kids want tamales for dinner, so I'm trying to figure out what authentic place sells them for a price I can manage. I know I could get a big sack of them at Costco, but I'd rather not go to Costco today. Besides, it feels like a day for supporting a local business.

Sorry you had a bad day. That was nice of your ex to leave you a surprise. Nothing going on here. Rinse and repeat. Our little housekeeper had to cancel out yesterday because of her son's ball game. She will be coming tonight hopefully.
