How do you handle a Plastic Person?

Hi Guys I'm not sure if your are familiar to the Plastic Person or Plastic Attitude, because in our country this Word Plastic is so popular.
Plastic attitude is when the person is being nice to you when you are in front of him/her and treat you as a friend. but behind you or when you are not with him/her they say negative things against you, Just like back stabbing..
I encounter many people with having that attitude, my friends, my neighbors and mostly co-workers sometimes I ignore them and I am not being friendly with them. those kind of people are toxic in my life and they are stressful, so I must ignore them.
If you guys have a friend like this "Plastic Person" how do you handle that Person?
or are you also a plastic person? hehe..

I ignore them, because let's face it. In the age of social media you can't hide. Who cares what other people think? All that matters is what you think about yourself.

i do not let there talk get to me, peace of my mind is more important than them, so i ignore them and avoid replying to them
