after 210 banana muffins and 1 banana loaf, I am back here!! 
I try to be here last night but my body is giving up on me. I have not bake that much for a long time. It is very timely that I recently bought a stand mixer and I have an assistant with me (my daughter).

I love banana muffins/banana loaf. Especially with chopped walnuts added in.

Well done you can rest now I have tired myself out a bit searching for a photo of a puppy as windows 10 is not friendly with older usb formats.
