Experience using transportation services

This afternoon I ordered a motorcycle transport service to go somewhere. And everything was fine. And when I wanted to go home, I ordered motorcycle transport service again. And when the driver showed up, it took me a little by surprise. Why? Because on the back of the bike there is a board that I can use to lean on. It makes it look like a chair and honestly it's comfortable. But the shortage was when I was about to get off the motorcycle I was in trouble. It was very hard and I ended up losing my balance and almost going down. It was embarrassing and funny, I couldn't help but laugh. But then the driver apologized to me for giving me such a hard time. I said it's okay, it's comfortable. Thank you for bringing me home safe. I think there's a reason he put up that board and there's no reason for me to be upset about it. On the contrary, I find it comforting.
