I went antiquing today

You might ask what in this picture (besides perhaps the afghan) could be considered antique or vintage.
This isn't all that I got either. A friend's mom bought me an air plant and a corningware dish, another bought me an arm band for my phone when I go walking.
I also bought alcohol but that isn't vintage. (Rumchata Cold Brew - never seen it before).
The vera bradley purses you see pictured? $9.58ish for all three!
The afghan was like $5.00, the yarn was like $4.00 each.
The afghan has one small hole in it, but I have yarn to fix it so it's no big deal.
Yes, we're definitely doing this again.

True. The first few stores we went to had some antique items, but it felt more like a small craft booth type place. The last two places were antique with lots of old phones, china, blankets, records, and furniture.

@LadyDuck We went to one store that had many things, including a corner for Christmas decor year round. One thing I saw and loved was a long scarf with dish towel on either end. You wear it around your neck and use it to wipe your hands when cooking instead of relying on a towel on your shoulder (like I do)

I think it's a term that can be defined in a number of ways. I once dated a man who made a career out of going to flea markets and thrift stores to buy old things and re-sell them.
I'm glad you are keeping warm. I am feeling a little cold because this chair is cold, but I will warm up soon.

I bought some VB purses cheap..They are very pretty. I wanted to sell them, but I ended up giving two of them to my sis and mom. The yarn is great!

The yarn was in the first shop we went to! I was so happy.
As was the blanket.
Yeah, I bet a bunch of people buy them up and re-sell them. All the places we went to had them and all of them were like 25% off the tag price, except for maybe one place.

I was only going to get one of the purses and then I saw the deal. Most of the stores required a $7.00 purchase minimum when using a debit card.
