Do you cook something special for Mother’s day?

First, allow me to greet all the mothers across the globe for this special day. You are the best Mom in the world in your own special way. Your sacrifices and unconditional love to your children and family are unparalleled. You have these greatest responsibilities ahead of you yet you’re able to perform the job to the best of your ability. Perhaps, most of you prepared special dishes for this occasion while others choose to celebrate outside by having a dinner at the restaurant. I could no longer celebrate mother’s day with my Mom but she’s always being in my heart and her love will be forever cherished. Photo credit: pixabay.com

Didn't cook anything special but ordered some Southern style fried chicken, barbecued ribs, mixed veggies, potato salad and corn on the cob.

No, I don’t cook special food for Mother’s Day. It is supposed to be a day when mothers should be pampered. I only cook rice and chicken to bake in the oven. Before pandemic, we went out for meal in a restaurant.

@ZedSmart No, they are closed. We are still living with restrictions but we can go out anywhere as long as we take precautions.

Are restaurant opened now in your area? Here in 50 percent capacity but the people look like they're no longer afraid of the threat as there are some who still dine in.
