My dad missed being injected with the covid19 vaccine

My dad was supposed to get his first dose of sinovac vaccine last friday. I actually was surprised that he decided to do so. The staff from our health center called my number about his schedule. Maybe he used my number at contact reference. Friday evening when i got home, he said he was not given the vaccine because his blood pressure went up. He' s supposed to visit the clinic tomorrow for initial checkup. He's 72 by the way
