Do you shampoo your hair everyday? I do. But it gets dry. If I don't shampoo, my scalp gets itchy. A bottle of shampoo can last for 3 months. What about you? Do you use any special formula to get rid of dandruff?

I used to back when I was younger. But now its not good to wash it on a daily basis because it will dry your scalp out. The best rhing to do is to really find the right shampoo so you wont end up having an oily scalp quick.

I have tried all shampoos but to no avail. I get dandruff still. Not a lot though

@merrybelle2021 I actually thought I has dandruff but it turns out it was just my scalp being too dry. So i kept changing shampoos and using not too much shampoo when I wash my hair helped fairly. A friend mentioned sometimes the shampoo needs to be a bit diluted so your scalp wont get too dry.

Did you try Nizoral? I also shampoo everyday and some brands will.make my scalp.itchy.

I used to use just ordinary bath soap but since I now have very little hair it still does just as well,

I used regular soap too but it was very hard to manage because it was so hard to comb.

I shampoo every other day to avoid to have too dry hair, because this is what causes a itchy scalp.

@Janet357 I use two that are specific for itchy scalp, one is Eucerin Dermo Capilliare and the other Klorane, there is also a good after shampoo by Furerer if you have a dry itchy scalp.
