A road accident

I took a shower a bit ago to feel fresh . My tutor had a minor accident on her way to our client. A motorcycle hit her car.
A lot of motorcycles here don't observe road manners reason why they always meet accidents on the road.
She just arrived from the police station because she reported the whole incident.
The rider has no license so if he does not pay, his motorcycle will be impounded.

@Janet357 if the rider of the motorcycle didn't have a license he probably doesn't have insurance either. Hope the car isn't badly scratched and cost a lot to repair

Hope she is all fine , road manners are not followed by most of the people specially the youngsters , and no license ofcourse not good at all
