Good Monday to you all,
Was not too bad a day at work for a Monday. The day went by fairly quickly which was a surprise for a Monday, they usually go by pretty slow. I guess because I had a lot of little projects to get done so I stayed busy all day. I like days like that, when they go by fast.
How is it our government is still talking about another stimulus bill do they not see the mess that is getting us into? They are just making inflation go through the roof. Everything is jumping in price and no one is going to be able to afford anything. Paying people to stay home and not work is killing us all. Places are trying to open up again, but no one wants to work when they are getting paid more to sit at home. They are again talking about shortages on a bunch of products and we can’t afford them even if they are on the shelf.
I am starting to stock up on things again before they aren’t available and before the prices just keep going up and up. You might want to stock up on things too, before people go crazy.
Hope you all have a good rest of the week.

I wish someone had given me money for staying at home.
No stimulus for me,
Monday can be a slow day, glad it was ok for you today.
No shortages here either, except for Governmental Common Sense.

I didn't like getting piddly little checks for staying at home. It was as humiliating as being on welfare (at least it felt that way). But I am glad that we have a non-idiot in the White House, and that we're moving in the right direction.

We wouldn't be in this mess if we never shut down in the first place. As long as the govornment thinks the only way to stop the spread, is to encourage the ten percent or less of americans who can stay home, to stay home.... Fine. I'll put the money in a saving's fund for the van or something.

I can only imagine what the US would be like if we hadn't slowed things down during the peak of the pandemic. I literally thank God that we have common sense peope in power now. But I challenge them to bring back jobs to the US and not have us be beholden to China.
