Mac And Cheese For Lunch Today

I think I will make a macaroni and cheese today for lunch. I haven't made one for a very long time, so that will be a nice change. With the dish I will serve some homemade coleslaw and some sliced tomatoes. Can't wait for lunch

Sounds delicious! Have a bite or two for me please. The last Mac and Cheese I had was keto and I did not like the noodles. They are the same as I usually get, only in a different shape.
