Lots of big buget films have released this year so far ,but a very few of them have turned to profit because only few people are going to theaters like before. So studios have even gone as far as to create their very own streaming services and making their films exclusive to their service . Best examples would be Disney+ from Disney , HBO Max by Warner Media, and paramount+ by paramount pictures , etc What do you think ? Is the money earned from the subscriptions enough for them to compensate for the losses they made ? Are you subscribed to any of these services ?

I don't subscribe to these services. They are in loss these days and hardly earning like other business people.

Yes I agree. The film industry is crumbling.

Disney is struggling, even with their streaming service. They'll offer early access for a 25 dollar fee alongside a theateraical release, a pratice I can see them continue. Prior to COVID going to the theater had started to decline. Movies weren't doing as well at the box office. I do have Hulu and Disney plus, I also have one year free of HBO Max, but do not know if I'll continue the service after the promotion ends.

They have to be making money or they could not be making the movies.

I just have Amazon prime and there too I don't watch Bollywood movies. Lost interest in Bollywood.

I think they earn from this pay-per-view thing.
