Good day/night fellow myLotters.
I dropped by at the supermarket at noon today to look for fresh sardines for my cats. Glad that I still catch up some display because sometimes it will no longer available during this hour of the day. I always buy sardines because it's cheaper than other fishes. My time there was very short but I sweat out upon going out because the weather is very hot today.

@ZedSmart I see. How many do they eat in a day? Do you cook it whole with the head, scales, bones, innards, etc?

@merrybelle2021 It depends on the sizes but if it's bigger I'll give at least two every meal. I also have dry foods for them to snack. I removed scales and entrails before cooking the fish.

It's the middle of the night. If you can, go to the market either early morning or early evening. Between the hours of noon and three Pm are pique hours for heat.
