Mustard cabbage:

Lotus root helps improve digestion, reduce cholesterol, control blood pressure, and boost immunity. Lotus root relieves depression and improves health of skin, and hair.

I'm not familiar with those two items. I have a craving for a pizza. Hopefully we will have one soon.

Ok. You got to like crunchy, lotus flower root is very crunchy sauteed. I'm getting more this week. Adding it to my noodles I got on sale today. For tomorrow, macaroni surprise, (just macaroni instead of spaghetti noodles) for dinner. I like mine with round onions, green bell peppers and fresh button mushrooms, which I got today at the supermarket.

That dish looks great.
Had some steamed buns and beef wanton noodles earlier for dinner. Something that I craved for since last Friday.
