As a student I face such sleeping troubles frequently as I have a lot of things to do. But managing time is very essential which I realize more frequently. As thoughts rotate in our mind which leads to distracting sleep. Take care.

I am not a student but ever since I was a student my mind races when I try to sleep at nights. Now a days, I just concentrate on deep breathing excercise while waiting to fall asleep. As soon as my mind starts to race, I bring it back to the breathing exercise and eventually, I fall a sleep.

@Harshal_1 Yes at that moment of time listen two songs which are soothing and reach to your heart. And then you will see the change and after listening it think for your best career ahead automatically things will be in your control. Try it i hope it may help you although techniques differ from person to person. Take care.

Oh I could write a book about sleep issues.
I don't think I have slept properly in over 30 years.
I have learned to cope with it and often find myself not getting to sleep until 9am after going to be nine hours earlier.
Nothing I have tried over the years has helped.
Sleeping pills did help for a while until I became immune to them.
I've tried walking late at night.
Drinking whisky.
Pills
Staying up for days on end.
Nothing has worked.

Well, even I asked the same question a few weeks back.
And all I ever got was do some exercise.
My advice would be to go pick any of your books(in your case it would be your graduation books) and start to read, if you don't fall asleep then also, let me know.

Sometimes. I just take it one step at a time. There's plenty to stream if I need a sound track to fall asleep to.
