Stress is a part of everyone's life in the present days. Stress at work , stress in our daily life. Some say stress is good to achieve life goals.
It acts as a positive force. But if this continues at one point stress acts a destructive force in our life. Stress has many side affects that can kill us.
so how do you justify stress?

I will never say that stress has any benefit. Yes, your motivation and inspiration can make you achieve your goals. Not stress!
I try to do yoga and meditation to avoid stress. Also keep my expectations real and to know my limits. This is the best I can do.
Though it's not totally gone but yes, I am not very stressed. I am a happy person

In today;s modern world there is no person free from stress. Some people go almost mad because of the stress and such people need help in life.
Sometimes it happens. When there is too much stress it reaches a certain boiling point and the whole body can go into shock and one may actually start feeling blissful, the stress ahving just disappeared
