I Am in Real BIG Trouble: Whoah?!?

I have been in silence about this matter since I had my vaccination on the 14th of May. I had incurred absences in my online classes due to an unexpected power outage last 15th of this month. I do have a generator but I cannot set it up, due to feeling feverish and weak. To cut it short, I am almost to a final warning. I need to prevent being late or absent until the end of May. If I can do this, it will replenish to 0%. I am so pressured when being in this situation. Moreover, if ever I will be terminated, it's about time to find a new company to work with. Did you ever experience being pressured? How did you handle it? Image Credit: st.depositphotos.com

I hope you can address the situation as it will cost your job. My position is very sensitive so am always under pressure. I eat pressure and stress everyday. It has been a part of my routine. I don't know how I am handling it. Lol I have a stress away oil and I sniff it every now and then..

I agree. I am not that worried since they will still review the case after the final warning. I heard that there are other virtual teachers who experienced this and they were approved to continue working with them.

@lovinangelsinstead21 It is an unexpected blessing to have the first shot. If I only knew that it will happen, I will not open my classes online. So I do not have any choice. My younger sister also experienced this. She had her first shot yesterday. Today, she still needs to go to work.

Hopefully, you get through the month without any tardiness or absences. If it is time to get a job, might as well go all out in applying for one already.

I have an account in another company. If it happened, I will go for this company. Or, I will apply to another one that I might choose.

I really hate my company's policies that change from time to time. But still, I need to endure them

I had accepted the fact that they don't care about virtual teachers' welfare.

I can feel you. The sad part is that the company's staff will not accept the real cause of such absences. So I decided to keep silent because they will not accept any reasons for this matter.

I also had the same experience before and after thinking about it I decided to re-sign. It was a very difficult decision to make but I had to do it.

If it happened to me, there will be no second thought to re-appeal with this current company.
