Loti Kojc Rarely, but I enjoy them. I heard years ago that the best nap is between 1 and 3 pm but just for half an hour. This is a rejuvenating nap. As a joke, the seminar host said, if you oversleep the half an hour, you should just stay in bed.
And, truly if I sleep...

Loti Kojc Sorry to hear that. As I see people have reactions on Modera and Pfizer whilst other people none at all. Who knows what triggers them.
I haven't been vaccinated yet, there's no hurry, because I'm at home, alone, being disabled (long time leg injury otherwise...
