Yesterday was a good day for food and fitness, especially fitness. I also overdid it, so I didn't do the fitness center today. I did get a good workout in the pool, which was good. Here then are yesterday's numbers, starting with the weight. Wake-up weight - 180.4 After exercise weight - 179.4 Calories Burned Swimming - 160 Elliptical - .62 - 152 - Personal Best Stationary Bike - 2.62 - 72 - Personal Best Leg Press - 50 reps at 60 pounds - 58 Walk - 1 Hour + - 172 Miscellaneous - 1526 Total - 2140 Calories Consumed Breakfast 3 Bananas 2 servings Raisins Half cup Almond Milk Total 282 Lunch 1 Banana 2 Eggs w/ half an onion and alternative cheese 1 Slice Turkey Bacon Total - 497 Supper 1 Serving Ocean Perch w/2 Servings Tartar Sauce 3.5 Servings Cut Green Beans 2 Bananas Total 555 Grand Total - 1334 Net - -806 I think I did well yesterday.
