One of my nephews from Arica ( one of the ones we shared with my late husband) took a picture of the tomb at the cemetery where the great grand parents that we shared were buried.
I had tried to look at them when I went to Arica many years ago but I could not find them.
My nephew´s grandmother is the last person of that generation still alive and she still lives there at 96 years of age. She is not very lucid now but probably she showed the tomb to her children when she was younger.
It was a moving moment for me.

It's really good to share things to the younger generation while one is still capable.

@marguicha one good thing about living in the same place for a long time is you know the history of your family.

I'm glad you were able to see where your Great Grandparents are buried.

I wrote something on FB and then, later on, one of the Arica cousins called me.

I will not go back to Arica in the rest of my life. I won´t see her again.
