I have seldom seen rats inside of the house. However my relatives have seen possums outside in the back yard.

Not a whole lot we can do. So far, I've seen a couple, oddly they weren't afraid of me. One was so close I could've almost picked it up. Decided not to because I'm not stupid.

The old house I live in has rats in the walls and the scamper about, Usually, the owner find someone to come and put out poison and traps,
