There May Be Bugs on the Rest of You Mugs....

.....But there ain’t no bugs on me! 
While my music tastes might make you think I’m a true weirdo, when it comes to summer I’m just like everyone else: I do love sitting outside, and I do not like the bugs.
So I decided to invest in a mesh bug screen enclosure for my chair. Or, as I told my brother, what Clark Kent carries with him to change into Superman now that phone booths are obsolete. 
I got it on Amazon. It’s quite nice, allowing air in but no bugs. It’s fine mesh, meaning not even the so-called “no-see-ums” or gnats can get inside.
The only down side is I have to unzip it every time I want to throw a peanut to a squirrel. But that’s a small price to pay for not having to do the mosquito slap dance all the time I’m outside!

Yes. That chair is pretty old (I don’t know if they even make chairs like that any more) but it’s still comfortable. I have a better chair if that one wears out.
The company that makes this also makes a bigger one for two people.

That's so funny.
There's no bugs on me, either, but if there were, and I wanted to sit in an enclosure, I would want it a little wider so that I can put in a foot stool and maybe something to put my drink on.

If I wasn't heat intolrant I'd go for something like that, as it is, I really can't be outside for long streaches. So I'm not really bug food anymore.

that is a very cool thing - I have found that the gnats are most annoying this time of year while walking!
