Today is World Bicycle Day!!!

Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. Today, is "World Bicycle Day". It was declared in April 2018 by UN General Assembly that 3rd June is to be celebrated as "World Bicycle Day".
I know for a fact that in abroad there are many places where people only commute by bicycle or on foot. Vehicles aren't allowed.
In India too, a lot of the population does ride bicycle. In fact, in my city, the corporation has given bicycles on public places for citizens to ride throughout the city. Many people are seen riding them.
There are 5 main benefits to cycling which are as follows:-
1. It works out the important muscle i.e. heart, thus avoids risk of getting heart attack.
2. It helps in not getting diabetes too.
3. It's a nice workout without you actually knowing it.
4. The risk of getting cancer can be avoided too.
5. The immune system gets a major boost experience too.
I generally do walking and other exercise. I might give a try to cycling someday.
