I like the way that 21 year old female Paige Hunter who was suffering from depression to the point that she wanted to jump off the Wearmouth Bridge in Sunderland England in 2018 when two strangers had a chat with her to not take her own life. Paige did take the advice of the strangers and decided not to end her own life so she could seek help. I like this young lady since she is doing her part to place signs on the bridge that read "Don't give up. Not now. Not ever." Paige has placed over 1,000 notes on the bridge for the last three years to assist persons who want to end their own life to seek mental help. So far her plan is working since she receives a lot of messages from strangers thanking her for her service. I am sure that makes her warm inside that she is making a difference in the lives of many.

Depression can cause one to feel helpless but there is always hope if you seek it. Many have gone through bouts of depression so her effort at helping others is a nice way to pay it forward.

I agree with you since on Twitter there is a mental health coach named Gary Goodridge who shares tips on how to live.

Sometimes it takes an act of kindness, or a reminder of what you're really about to do, to save a life.

Good for her. Many people suffer in silence and need support.
