Hi guys,
Hope you all had a good weekend. I am doing good too. The UN General Assembly had declared in December 2018 that this day will be celebrated on 7th June, 2019 for maintaining food safety which is very important.
Food Safety plays a critical role in assuring that food stays safe at every stage of the food chain.
I feel food safety is very important for the wellbeing of society.

We are still a long way from having complete food security. Hunger and malnutrition are still global problems.

I agree. We have guidelines, but it surprises me how often it's ignored. Talked about, stressed, but rarely praticed religiously.
