Do you practice at home? Do you like to exercise?

I used to move a lot, danced, went to the mountains to go hiking, rode a bike, etc. Now I'm basically so tired that my only form of physical activity is walking. I started to think about taking more care of my form. Since yesterday I started doing crunches, squats and other exercises on the mat, so that my body remembers that it has other muscles too :) And how is your exercise?

What is making you tired? Good that you have started back with exercising all your muscles. I am regular to exercise and yoga. After corona infection in April, I am regular with exercise but not sterneous ones. I am going slow and as much my body allows.

It is good to hear that you have not discontinued walking, although you are not able to do other activities. Yes, it is lockdown here and we cannot go out much. Therefore I go for exercise and do Yoga in the morning. Besides I walk on my rooftop for half an hour in mornings and evenings.
