because of the turn out of events today, I am still baking now my last batch of muffins.
The plan is to finish it before sun set (but since it is raining, there is no sun setting 
). But there was a sudden electricity interruption from 1pm to 5pm. I just finish that batch of mixture. The whole house is like an oven on fire.
Now it is 9:00pm and I am still baking.

What a nuisance to have the power go off in the middle of your baking. Hope you were able to finish without too much trouble.
