Having ice cream before supper again.

I'd prefer some frozen grapes but there still freezing up and I'd prefer outshine bars but I've not bought any in a long time.
I like white chocolate and I like macadamia nuts but I don't like them in this keto combination.

Went to Menards but they didn't have any amigos so we didn't stay long. That visit was a bust. Went to Lowe's to buy paint for the dining room. I'm hoping to begin painting this weekend after I dust and wash the walls first.
What are your up to this exceptionally hot afternoon?
Yay, were finally getting some much needed rain with thunderstorms. I hope all the rain doesn't run off.

I don't particularly like the flavors but it's all I have for a cool treat so I'll save some for later on.

@MarshaMusselman No, the Atkins foods are not here. Atkins diet has been found dangerous and people were suggested not to follow this diet, this several years ago.

@LadyDuck here that's been around for over twenty years. I did well with skins before I ever began keto. Many think they are bad because in the beginning you eliminate fruit but eventually you get to add it back into your diet.
Not every diet or eating plan is for everyone.

That's possible or the brands just haven't made it that far yet. I think it's still relatively new.

@just4him we have time for that later. It's possible we won't get out cupboards until sometime in August. That gives me time to get more done in preparation for all the work involved.

So now they are making Keto ice cream, that's nice:) We are finishing up our paneling today. It got up to 73 degrees here, it's gorgeous outside! Please, send us some rain, also

I'm sorry to hear that it's not a good flavor of Halo Top. Did it taste "off"?
I recently saw a bunch of interesting flavors of Halo Top at Grocery Outlet for $1.99 and bought a few... only to come home and realize they were mostly dairy-free. They're fine for what they are, but not what I meant to buy. The birthday cake one was okay.

I don't think it's bad. I think regular chocolate would have been better or a different flavor with the macadamia nuts. I do like the salted caramel and red velvet flavors.

We were melting here too before the rain showed up. The outside temps have dropped twenty degrees. Now to get the temps inside the house down. I'm mostly comfortable but not my hubby.

But if course. Except once we're away from man's discovered we can do what we want. At least I still are my supper. I didn't have much of the I've cream after all.

It was promised for us several times but then never came. We thought at first we would just get the trail end with the wings but the rain came too along with thunderstorms and listen a gentler rain.

Overall I enjoy their I've cream too. Just not this flavor.
