don't linger in things that is negative and depresses you

even when i don't have problems negative thoughts still do come. there's some things that keep bothering our thoughts. usually when i lie idle and my mind isn't busy that's when it happens. those devils whispering negative things to our thoughts. it happens a lot when I'm inside my room. i feel low. but when on the kitchen example i feel more energetic . i do not hear those whispering negative thoughts. when I'm not in the room. when I'm feeling down usually i get up and out of the room and immediately my mood changes. like I'm different person. i feel like there's a lot of things to look forward to to this day.

in the morning upon waking up i turn on my smart tv to listen to good music on YouTube. i will let it play while I'm doing something

Negativity is just part of life. I believe its up to us how you overcome that. Just do what makes you feel good and keep aside other things. Even for a couple of minutes also makes a big difference..
