Where Did They Go?

Weeks ago, I ordered K-cups off of Keurig.com. I received an email stating that they were delivered. But, there were none in sight. So, I gave them the benefit of doubt and waited. Nothing. So, I called the company. I was told that they were dropped off at the front door. I am not a liar and they were not found there. I was told that a different department would call me in a day to discuss the matter. I never received a call. I have emailed them over and over with no reply. Almost $50.00 worth of coffee. Guess what I did receive in my email from them? They asked me how I like my coffee! Unreal. How can I like my coffee if I did not even receive the coffee? I would not recommend Keurig.com to anyone. They have a live chat at Keurig.com support. Have you chatted with an agent?

@Spontaneo I have found that live chat is the quickest way to end a dispute.

Could somebody else picked up the package and not tell you the got the package. I have heard that people steal packages from other people front porch.

Besides the price of K-Cups is horrible even on sale, I'd not be happy with this situation either. I wonder if they will ever get back to you.
