Decision

At the company I work today I received information that a couple who works at the branch in another city they asked to leave the company. They have been working at the company for 10 years and will leave the country mainly to provide a better education for their 5 children. I talked with him and after a while he said that this decision was made after a lot of thought. I think this is very difficult because it is not easy for you to leave your job in a company that is excellent to work and move to another country. Would you make the same decision?

@paulobraga85 Parents do whatever they can for kids.I have also seen such family who went to another city for their kids education. The economy factor needs to be considered the most before taking such decisions. Plus the new environment,new surrounding,new society with time people can get adjusted with this. But the economy factor still remains the major one.

If I had to provide for my family, and my current job wasn't cutting it.... yes I would. Family comes first. As it is, I'm doing quite well with what I'm doing.

I have no idea what any decision I would make would be. I guess it depends on a lot of things. Circumstances will dictate the best course of action in any situation.
