Today's a quiet summer evening with a breeze. On my way in after picking up some snacks. Just had to have fig Newton's. Today went fairly smoothly as I worked on the yard. But the guy whose working wanted 10.00 more. Is 13.00 an hour to trim bamboo poles fair? 40.00 for three hours with one hour of lunch breaks included? And I'm paying for the breaks

three hours of work with a paid lunch break? Seems a little crazy!
I usually do my own yard work. When I have hired people to do special services, I get a contract that lists a price and what they are doing. However long they do it, that's on them! if they do a great job and are nice, I like to add a tip as a thank you.

Seems a bit steep, and you should not pay for breaks.
